FAITH IN JESUS Christ, where do we begin?

Deuteronomy 4:2
Do not add to what I command you and do not subtract from it, but keep the commands of the LORD your God that I give you.

Revelation 22:

18I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. 19And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book.

I read that an Eastern Orthodox Christian seems to be fond of adding a text “alone” in their belief thereby defiling the meaning of the scripture.  One example is this:

Sola scriptura = By Scripture Alone

Their belief is self defeating.  Why?  They use verses from the scriptures to teach.  But after using the verses, they will then substitute human ideas or the word “Alone” to substantiate their own conclusion in interpreting the verse.  Below was Msamudio‘s reply about such adding of words and interpreting the bible by their own human ideas:

I think I get it now…I am not adding “alone” to the verses of the Bible. We are only interpreting what they mean. You are quoting a heading or description not a verse. Sorry for the confusion.

Similarly, these Eastern Orthodox Christians, and other religious denominations did not render the bible sufficient to explain itself.

2 Timothy 3:15
and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus

Their writings and explanations prove that they are now doing the Apostles’ job, even the job of the scriptures.  St Paul, like the Apostles, wrote to his fellow Christians and for the Christians in the future.  Thus, these Apostles  did not forget to further explain their writings in the scriptures too.  Thus, if you read a verse, you must expect that the explanation of the verse can also be found in the scriptures. I will explain further.

The Eastern Orthodox Church does not believe that salvation is based on the “law of faith,” nor that “working out your own salvation” is needed after we heard the gospel.  Instead they believe that:

Solo Christus = In Christ Alone

They believe that their faith in Christ alone will save. But what is the implication of having this belief?  When a person believes this phrase, he will then find it difficult to regard that the Father God wants all men to be saved.

1 Timothy 2:3-5 (KJV)

3For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

4Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

 5For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

Romans 2:4
Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, tolerance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness leads you toward repentance?

—the above photo was shot at EDSA Guadalupe, Philippines where below the billboard is a “Jesus Alone Saves” sign appears—  Click the photo as Bro Eli Soriano answers Oprah on her question to her audience”…but you are in a some remote part of the earth, what if you never heard of Jesus, you cannot get to heaven, you think?”

These I believe, faith in Christ can save, but faith in Christ and adding the word “alone” is another thing.  Consequently, to believe in God is one thing and to prove that you believe is another thing.

An Orthodox Presbyterian Christian said to his blog,  “Our peace with God, our right standing, our eternal life is provided by Christ received freely by grace through faith at the moment we believe (in the past).”  But where did he learn this stand or belief?  The moment they believe to what belief?  Did they really hear the true gospel?  Who was relaying the gospel to them?  Was the gospel read to them or was it preached to them together with explanations coming from everywhere except from the bible itself?

It is then obvious that the gospel preached to them is a defiled one, also, their teacher are false teachers.   Was there a word or text “alone” to the verse they were using?  If there is none, then what do you think made them say and preach “Solo Christus = In Christ Alone?  Let us therefore ask the Bible:

2 Peter 3:

15Bear in mind that our Lord’s patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. 16He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.

17Therefore, dear friends, since you already know this, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of lawless men and fall from your secure position. 18But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.

I have commented from, “Stand and Be Counted,”  one of these Orthodox Presbyterian Christians blog.  But our conversation resulted to a debate.  He never seen my point regardless of the verses I gave to him.  I think he is a teacher, thus he is protecting his self-interest.  He even forced me to reply to him on another post.  He might be trying to hide his intention to keep his readers away from realising that he has not heard of the law of faith.  He has a mixed up knowledge between the Law of Faith and the Law of Moses(law of works).  He missed out or might be really unlearned between realising that there are works done through the Law of Faith and there are works done through the Law of Moses (works).

Galatians 2:16
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

I am not a preacher but a member of, Members of the Church of God, International, and I have the obligation to say the Truth that I heard, read and live by.

That blogger lacks the basic information on how to understand the verses about the law of faith.  He does not even know that there is such mention of “the law of faith” from the scriptures.  But when he found this out through our conversation, he still insisted of his own belief, he sticked in his own way.

Galatians 3:25
Now that faith has come, we are no longer under the supervision of the law.

Romans 3:27
Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

We can now see that he never heard the real gospel.  He has not heard of the teachings in the scriptures in its real form.  He has not yet heard or met the “reader.”  It is “hearing” “the word of God” “from the reader” mentioned in Revelations 1:3 is one way to understand the Holy Scriptures.

Consequently,  it is totally different from “hearing” the gospel through the false teachers, as the latter give their opinions, own interpretations, subjective understanding, and or manipulation of the verses instead of allowing the bible to interpret or explain itself.

Revelation 1:

3Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

My point here is that the verses of the Scriptures will not lie.  Reading and own understanding put together render the verses’ meaning wrong, thus the truth becomes unseen.   One way of proving if the one reading the bible is a sent reader, you will also hear the commandments, whatsoever Jesus Christ commanded to the apostles, to obey.  Can we learn about the commandments of God in just one sitting?  Maybe,  should God allows.  But normally it will take around sometime to study the bible.  Afterwhich, you are left to decide in your heart whether to accept the doctrines or not by submitting yourselves under baptism, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.  Where is these processes being  followed?  It is in the Church of God, the House of the Living God.

That blogger that I talked with renders Romans 4 and 5  the only chapter and verses that proves his myth of salvation:

Sola fide = By Faith Alone

He even totally disregarded the other writings of St Paul.  He also disregarded witnesses who shares St Paul’s conviction and faith, St James, St Peter, etc.

Matthew 18:16
But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.’

I said faith alone cannot save. I read to him two apostles, St Paul and St James.  He seems ignoring these two apostles and does not want to hear them.  These two Apostles agree in one thing and their faith are the same. Romans 4 and James 2 declares the same principle. Both St Paul and St James talks about the law of faith. Even St Peter wrote about it:

1 Peter 3:

21and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you alsonot the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a good conscience toward God.

It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 22who has gone into heaven and is at God’s right hand—with angels, authorities and powers in submission to him.

But the sad part here is that he claims understanding of the scriptures.  I was telling him of the reader that will help him understand too the Word of God.   I was introducing him to the most sensible preacher of this times, none other than Bro Eliseo Soriano.  I learned to hear the true gospel from him as he was sent by God to read the answers from the Holy Bible.

James 2:

20You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless? 21Was not our ancestor Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? 22You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. 23And the scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,” and he was called God’s friend. 24You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone.

26As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.

The blogger was trying to prove a belief using a verse that he did not even understand from the very beginning.  If faith alone can save, then it means that we need not work. But then again, faith is dead without works.  What works can save?  The works done through faith can save you.  And this faith is learned through hearing.  Hearing about what, to whom, by whom, where, when, how?

Acts 10 (NIV):

33So I sent for you immediately, and it was good of you to come. Now we are all here in the presence of God to listen to everything the Lord has commanded you to tell us.”

34Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism 35but accepts men from every nation who fear him and do what is right.

But my purpose here is not only to prove to him that we really need to work out our own salvation but also, I wanted him to know that  the faith to our Jesus Christ as a Saviour comes from listening or hearing the word of God, the gospel.  Now if the faith that you received is the real faith (real faith because there are faith that leads to fanaticism, or even boasting) then, faith can really save if you have it together with works done in holiness.

Did God through Jesus Christ has given commandments to be followed by Christians?

Matthew 28:

19Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Daniel 12:

10Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Revelation 22:

7“Behold, I am coming soon! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book.”

12“Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done. 13I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.

14Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. 15Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.

Revelation 7:

9After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.

Below was my last comment to him to help him understand too:

I think it’s time for the other commenters to do their part. I addressed all your concerns.

God will direct those he predestined to Jesus Christ. You will hear of the gospel from the man sent by God in this generation – that shall read to you the concerned verses for salvation.

Salvation comes to those who will hear, accept and work out their salvation. And these important information is understood with the guidance of the holy spirit.

I for one cannot blame you brother for not seeing my point because someone has already founded teachings in your heart.

If your heart is barren, it can continously take a sip of rivers of false teachings, but not yet learned to dissect which water it needs to accept.

Your heart is more likely to accept false teaching than the truth.

So, I hope you got the point that regardless of what I say or what you say, hearing of the word of God comes from hearing – hearing from a man pre-destined to read to us all that is needed for salvation.

Revelation 1:3

3Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.

Bro Eli is reading the bible with us and to those his readings reach, and those who learned from him with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. These readings are put into action, lived by. We take to heart what is written. And this is our faith – the faith of Jesus Christ… to be obedient to God until the end.

And this faith has fruits and ends with love/charity.

Only these things and those that I have not mentioned here, biblical, are found in the Church of God, the reason why we cleaved to that Church and imitated it.

God wants all men to be saved that’s why he is directing each called ones and leads them to the faith of Jesus Christ.

I learned brother that you really want to follow God. And I understand that though we differ from other belief, we are one in understanding that this gospel should come from someone who has a full grasp of the scriptures. Have you found that one man who can explain all questions about salvation, life, God, all biblical? Because if your teachers cannot answer all your questions, then, they are liars.

I also understand that you have read in the scriptures that to be able to know who’s telling the truth about the doctrines, you need to weigh things out, whether to believe Bro Eli’s word which comes from reading the scripture or from your teachers’ word that uses contradicting verses that more likely to confuse those who wants to seek for truth.

Jesus is the only way if the way to him being preached is the true way that the apostles are writing about. If your “Jesus” that you insist is the only way, (based on your understanding of “Jesus” and seen on your explanation), I don’t want to use your road.

Many people become hypocrites, because of “the way” that they preach. “The way” to hell is their way because they did not follow the gospel. Though obviously, it would be unfair to conclude that you will go to hell because of false teachers. But then again, I say to you now, I found a way which is uncomparable to yours. It is this way:

Jeremiah 6:16 (King James Version)

16Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.

I am inviting you to the old paths where the good way is, and walk therein. God will not let you suffer because I believe that I might have been in someway was used for you to realise that there is a group of people who knows, and continously practicing holiness that is valuable to the everlasting life promised to them by God.

I know you have your doctrine. I know I have mine (from what I have learned). It is now your decision whether to seek the truth. I know you are seeking, thus I am giving you a way, and I am sure that you will find more than that of what you did not expect. It is not money, it is not fame, it is not the richness of the material world, but I am talking about the faith of Jesus Christ, the wisdom and the understanding that he has fulfilled and thus, being fulfilled by US too! I am saying this because I have learned that it is those in this period, times, that we can say that we are more near to that ones being expected by the Apostles, because we are living in the NOW.

I have so many things to say, but I do not want that the faith that I am trying to impart to you might be based on what I said. Try it yourself. By the grace of God, you will never regret this, Brother.

Hebrews 13:6 (KJV)
6So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me

Philippians 3:9
And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

Jeremiah 10:

23 I know, O LORD, that a man’s life is not his own;
it is not for man to direct his steps.

To have the faith of Jesus Christ is one thing, to have a faith in Jesus Christ is another thing.  But to have a faith in Jesus Christ and to have Jesus Christ’s faith is another thing, where do we begin?

Romans 10:
14How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? 15And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”

16But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, “Lord, who has believed our message?”

17Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.

18But I ask: Did they not hear? Of course they did:
“Their voice has gone out into all the earth,
their words to the ends of the world.” 19Again I ask: Did Israel not understand? First, Moses says,
“I will make you envious by those who are not a nation;
I will make you angry by a nation that has no understanding.”

20And Isaiah boldly says,
“I was found by those who did not seek me;
I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me.” 21But concerning Israel he says,
“All day long I have held out my hands
to a disobedient and obstinate people.”

Again to those who wanted to hear:

Romans 10:

13For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

14How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

15And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

16But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

17So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God

NO matter how you read the verses, it leads to one thing, you will not understand unless the one reading to you is sent by God.  He will read to you/ mki the scriptures as it was said by God. And as you hear it, you will then gain belief, then faith through the grace of God.

The message is heard through the word of Christ. From there, there is no lie and deceit.

But they did not accept the word of Christ, they did not obey the gospel.  How about you? Are you ready to listen – to learn about the faith? And then, are you ready to obey?

Revelation 2:7
He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.

Romans 12:

9Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. 10Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. 11Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. 12Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. 13Share with God’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.
14Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. 15Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. 16Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.

 Romans 12:

17Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everybody. 18If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. 19Do not take revenge, my friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. 20On the contrary:
“If your enemy is hungry, feed him;
if he is thirsty, give him something to drink.
In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head.” 21Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.

Romans 13:

8Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for he who loves his fellowman has fulfilled the law. 9The commandments, “Do not commit adultery,” “Do not murder,” “Do not steal,” “Do not covet,” and whatever other commandment there may be, are summed up in this one rule: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

10Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.

11And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. 12The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. 13Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in orgies and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy. 14Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature.

The teachings of your blind teachers becomes your foundation. But you still have time to deliberate, think about of what the scriptures I pasted here say.

20It has always been my ambition to preach the gospel where Christ was not known, so that I would not be building on someone else’s foundation. 21Rather, as it is written:
“Those who were not told about him will see,
and those who have not heard will understand.” 22This is why I have often been hindered from coming to you.

Philippians 2:
12Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

13For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Romans 16:

25Now to him who is able to establish you by my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past,

26but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God, so that all nations might believe and obey him— 27to the only wise God be glory forever through Jesus Christ! Amen.

    Bro Elman,

I really appreciated all your effort in getting in touch to many peoples of the globe as much as you can and possible with God’s permission and help and to share the truths that we received and we live with in our daily living. it is our responsibility to spread the bread that we receive on the waters (Ecclesiastes 11:1)
1 “CAST THY BREAD UPON THE WATERS: for thou shalt find it after many days.”
2 “Give a portion to seven, and also to eight; for thou knowest not what evil shall be upon the earth.”
3 “If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be.” (KJV)

Why are we commanded to cast or spread the bread on waters and not in soil or in the soil or land area?

Well, we are already taught of the deep mysteries why the Biblical Christians are instructed and commanded to do the casting of the bread in that manner. in the Biblical standards and strict discipline, mundane things are largely different from the spiritual things. Jesus Christ during His ministry on Earth utilized the raw resources around us like bread, rocks, etc. to explain the spiritual and celestial things (John 3:12)
12 “If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?” (KJV)

to But for them that are of outside the Church of God everything is done in parables (Mark 4:11)
11 “And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:” (KJV)

In my workplace, I encountered different kinds of personalities religious fanatics among my colleagues who always erred in faith. We have much time in sharing things about our respective religions but as usual, the truths of God entrusted to the faithfuls prevail and stand ungainsaid by the heretics. And with that, the more I am getting stronger and more firm believer to the God of Israel that we are the most blessed for we belong to the true household of God though we are considered as nothing by the standards and criteria of human. (1 Corintians 1:26-31)
26 “For ye SEE YOUR CALLING, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:”
27 “But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;”
28 “And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:”
29 “That no flesh should glory in his presence.”
30 “But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:”
31 “That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.” (KJV)

Among all the religious organizations and denominations, ours is of God and no one could ever refute that claim I believe. (Luke 21:14-15)
14 “Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what ye shall answer:”
15 “For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.”

I traced back to your discussion in that said blogs and I have read the utterly foolishness and irrational explanation and inconsistent unbiblical pronouncement of such foolish orthodox fanatic. What could we expect for? What truths could we expect from them to say? Ultimately NOTHING!!!

The very reason why it is so is that they were blinded by the god of this world so that the light of God’s truths in the holy Scriptures wont shine in them. (2 Corinthians 4:4)
    2 Corinthians 4:4
4 “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” (KJV)

Among the mounted Biblical verses you have presented and pointed out, he didn’t even see the relevance of the the things that the words of God wanted to convey and figure out through your statements and continue to stand in the fallacies and heresies that their prechers had transpired and taught to them. They rather choose to stay, continue and say lies rather than the truths. It is the manifestation of their being sons of their father, Satan. (John 8:44)
44 “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.” (KJV)

Go for the fight Bro. We are at your side… Go… go… go for God’s greater glory. Who knows, what you have said sprang in his heart.

With that, to God be the glory!

Let me just give you some points. This is the sequence of writing of the books we used in the conversation:

    Galatians written about 50-52 AD
    ROMANS written about 56AD
Acts of the Apostels written about 61 AD
    James written about 61-62AD
1 Peter written about 62-64 AD
2 Peter written about 64 AD

Msamudio, you gave a new link below, this time about the mystery of Christ.

But, our brothers in the Members, Church of God International was taught already about the Mystery of Jesus Christ in the old testament. We were taught also when Bro Eli read to us that the new testament is way older than the old testament. We also learned that the mention of 2nd coming of Jesus Christ is not really his second due to his appearances in the Old testament. The second coming mentioned was his coming from a man born of a woman to a man with a glorified body.

And my point here is to show your inconsistencies on how you see the mystery or deeper meaning of the scriptures. Let me read to you Msamudio your stand or OPC’s stand which imparts how you wanted people to DISREGARD the deeper meanings of the scriptures.

“Unfortunately when I am honest with myself I must admit that I am still a vile sinner who needs Christ to save me. My teachers are not “teaching the deeper meaning of the Scriptures” they teach the plain meaning. This “deeper” meaning that you talk about sounds like an ancient heresy called Gnosticism. Beware of those who claim to reveal the “secret” or “deeper” meaning of the Scriptures (Deuteronomy 29:29). Were my teachers given authority? Yes, but probably not in the same way that you understand it. My teachers acknowledge only one authority for doctrine and practice, the Scriptures alone.”

You ended up on your “Scripture alone” belief. Notice your inconsistencies, Msamudio? I hope you can read my next post and read some more verses. Hearing is very needed to be able to call on the name of the Lord.

False teachers nowadays are distinguished by how selective they are of which verses they can use to gain material profit. If they do not gain material profit, they disregard the other verses even the deeper meanings of the scripture.

Please visit below to learn more about the deeper meanings of the scripture:

That is so sad of you. You have no idea who Jesus really is because assuming that you heard the Gospel of the Apostles, have you obeyed the commandments of Jesus Christ?

The ultimate gospel that a Christian can learn is the Gospel of God. But you would not know this because the gospel preached by the Apostle, the good news that they are holding did not reach you in its pristine condition.

The gospel you heard are defile gospel, human ideas that was past on from generation to generation where the Holy Bible was just use as an ornament to show people that you are Christians. But in truth, in deed, in faith, you know nothing else but human ideas.

Haven’t you read from the scriptures what is meant by St Paul by the inner man? I think not, because I believe in the scriptures that no one among the wicked shall understand. Even if they read, they cannot see, even if they hear, they will not understand. Even if the gospel shall be preached to them, they will not obey.

“But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger”

And that is the answer brother in faith and chruch for the question of how to understand more the scripture.

    I have a revelation brother:

In the beginning before the consciousness was founded.

    human beings are naked.

Therefore, in the peak of human civilization though consciousness again.

We are all naked and the clothes we wear is just only a fashion.

    do you agree that brother?

Revelations are affirmed by the reader as mentioned in Revelation 1:3. I believe Bro Eli is the reader in this age. Thus, if Bro Eli affirms your belief during thanksgiving or mention it during our listening to his prophecy based on the scriptures, you are one that recognize that the holy bible is sufficient to explain all things necessary for mans’ salvation.

You might want to expound your claims. And please, use bible verses to prove your claims.

But if it is you own gospel, I hope you keep it for yourself.

    Genesis 3:7 (King James Version)
7And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

    Genesis 3:21
The LORD God made garments of skin for Adam and his wife and clothed them.

When a person made aprons out of leaves, God gave them garments of skin.

The unseen will come soon and I will rejoice and be glad on that day that we will see beyond expectations of how marvelous Jesus Christ shall apper.

We will be like him, for we shall see him as He is.

God leads people to Jesus Christ.

I just prayed that the cause of this post will not fall short or be in vain but rather reaches those who have no idea that there are Christians in the Philippines that learned the Gospel of God.
